Not everything on this blog is about motorcycles. A girl's gotta eat. Just before I left London I went to a BBQ where the beer and the food was what you could call, homemade. My good friend Byron, who incidentally taught me to roast my first chicken, cooked the BBQ wings, ribs, and seafood, and and his company Deviant and Dandy provided the beer.
D&D are new to the brewing but not to the drinking scene. Byron and his business partner Rupert operate and own Off Broadway Bar, started up Duke's Brew and Que (and Beavertown Brewery), and ran POND Dalston, a Hawaiian restaurant with the best SPAM fries I have ever had. The only ones. Having opened this past year they are already brewing four different beers.
Here is the recipe for Byron's Korean BBQ chicken wings.
